Puzzle Question: Global N.A.

We've got a fan who's stuck on a puzzle. :

"Global N.A. I've tried twice but can't get past this point. Is it solvable? Part of me says it must be, but the puzzle-doer in me is stumped here. If it is solvable, I'd love to know which row/column/square I need to look at next to move on."

Can anyone help them out?? Try to solve the puzzle and let me know how it goes!

  1. Congratulations! You have discovered a puzzle with more than one kind of logic. You have pretty much exhausted the number logic to a point, and now you must use your artistic logic. A big clue is in the name of this one "Global N.A." which means globe, and they are usually round and symmetric. The N.A. is short for North America. Centre every group of 13 found in the outer rows and columns, and you will set sail around the world! Knowledge of geography will help in the final two squares. 2. That's kinda cool (and advanced!) to do the puzzles by using "artistic logic." Thanks for the clue and the finished picture!

    1. The 19th vertical row has a clue. The 1,1,2,13,2,1 has a shaded block for the 2 that you haven't found.
